I thought my head was bleeding but it was jelly I’m my hair. Back ground my floor were just replace because there was a previous problem with them. My son has had a lot of problems he has been in and out of the house since he was 19 and he is about to be 36 in 2 days.
This dream can be interpreted as a reflection of your current emotional state, concerns, and unresolved issues, especially pertaining to family and home stability. Here's a detailed breakdown:
Floors Coming Apart: Floors often symbolize the foundation or stability in one's life. Dreaming of them falling apart could be indicative of feeling that your life's stability or foundation is being threatened or is unstable. Given that you recently had issues with your floors in real life, this part of the dream likely represents underlying anxieties about recurring problems that you thought were resolved.
Son Moving Back Home with Grandmother’s Furniture: This suggests a resurfacing of past familial patterns or dynamics. The grandmother's furniture symbolizes something inherited or passed down—traditions, habits, or unresolved issues. Your son's return, coupled with these familial symbols, might represent a return to dealing with past family issues, cycles, or emotional burdens that stay within the family, notably given his history of being in and out of the house.
Scary Exotic Lizards and Insects: Exotic creatures in dreams can symbolize fears or anxieties that feel foreign or unfamiliar to you. Perhaps, these represent new stressors or issues in your life related to your son's return or your home’s situation that seem difficult to handle. This may also imply a sense of intrusion or chaos in your personal space or life.
Head Bleeding but Actually Jelly: The imagery of your head bleeding often relates to thoughts of being overwhelmed or mental distress, whereas the jelly indicates a situation that's messy or sticky, but not as dire as it seems. It reminds you that the perceived severity of certain situations might not match their actual impact and could be more about a need to clarify and “clean up” these thoughts or feelings.
Overall, this dream seems to encapsulate concerns about recurring family dynamics, stability of your home life, and external sources of stress or fear (symbolized through exotic creatures). It suggests a need to address and understand the emotional legacies from your past, as well as manage ongoing and past family issues with care. It's a call perhaps to find a way to create a healthier dynamic with your son and ensure your own peace of mind amidst potential chaos or emotional upheavals.
